How to Find Your Barefoot Size

A little measuring goes a long way. Trace both feet on a sheet of paper, then measure from your heel to your longest toe and across the widest part of each foot. Use your larger foot as your guide.

Compare your measurements with the chart above. Start with your foot length and choose the size with the closest recommended measurement. Then, use your foot width to decide whether you might need to size up. For the best fit, also consider:

Foot width: Our barefoot shoes have a wider toe box for natural movement. The recommended width is a guideline, not a maximum, so a few extra millimeters can still fit comfortably. However, if your feet are significantly wider, consider sizing up for extra comfort.

Prefer extra room? If you usually size up in other brands or simply prefer a roomier fit, consider doing the same with Aro.

Materials & design: Softer materials and adjustable laces may offer greater flexibility, while more structured styles can feel more fitted.

Every foot is different. Keep your foot shape, comfort and personal preference in mind when choosing your size.
