Aro shoes is designed to be perceptible, understandable and manageable and to function properly. In addition, support services with accessible communication options are available.

Aro shoes features a wide variety of products and services, primarily sneakers. The website includes information such as sizing guides, product recommendations and exclusive member benefits. Our customers can view, purchase and receive products through the search and checkout system, and choose from several payment and shipping options. Returns and exchanges can be processed online during the indicated return period. ARO SHOES has been designed with accessibility in mind, with features such as screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation and alternative text for images. The shopping experience is more inclusive for everyone thanks to the various support channels that customers can turn to if they have any questions.

Web accessibility

Aro shoes ensures that its website complies with EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 and follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA to promote accessibility for users with disabilities. The website allows for image magnification up to 200% and supports keyboard navigation, screen readers and voice recognition software on different browsers and devices, such as Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. ARO SHOES organizes annual manual audits with people with disabilities and automated accessibility testing through tools such as Google Lighthouse. The results of the audits are recorded in Jira, where identified issues are analyzed and prioritized based on their impact. Accessibility improvements focus on keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast, input formats and error messages. ARO SHOES also conducts usability surveys and engages staff with functional diversity for feedback and further improvement.

For this statement, prepared on June 1, 2025, an IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals) certified accessibility expert has thoroughly reviewed a representative sample of websites through manual and automated testing to assess their usability and compliance with regulations.
