Yes, they do. We design our shoes to fit true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual size for the best fit. If you're unsure about our sizes, you can check out our sizing guide.Β
If youβre between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a little extra comfort, especially if you like wearing thicker socks or plan on being on your feet all day. To get the perfect fit for your feet, you can check out our sizing guide on our website.Β
Aro shoes are designed with an easy, comfortable fit that works well for most foot shapes. If you have wider feet, you may find them especially comfortable. If your feet are on the narrower side, your usual size should still feel secure.
Some of our materials, like leather and suede, will soften slightly with wear and mold to your foot. Not a full stretch, just that nice broken in feeling.

Returns
We donβt offer direct exchanges on the site if the fitβs off, simply return your pair and order the right size. Easy swap, no stress.
We want returns to be as simple as possible. You can request one withinΒ 30 daysΒ through your Aro account or by emailing us atΒ service@aroshoes.com.
How to request a return:
- Click theΒ account iconΒ at the top right of our website.
- Enter your email and the verification code sent to you.
- In your personal area, open theΒ OrdersΒ section.
- Next to the product youβd like to return, clickΒ Return request.
What happens next:
- Youβll get an email confirming that we received your request.
- Once reviewed, weβll send another email with your courier tracking number.
- Please pack your shoes inΒ excellent condition, inside theirΒ original packaging.
- Our courier will collect them from you.
Refunds:
After the shoes arrive at our warehouse and pass a quality check, weβll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up toΒ 14 business daysΒ from the date they reach us.
Weβll handle the details β you just prepare the shoes.
To make sure your Aros make it back to us in top shape (and without delay), thereβs a small return fee. Rates may vary depending on your regionβ you can check them here.
