Right now we are keeping things close to home—shipping across Spain, from coast to coast. Don’t worry, we’ve got our sights set on the rest of the EU soon. Good things (and good shoes) are on the way!

Returns
We don’t offer direct exchanges on the site if the fit’s off, simply return your pair and order the right size. Easy swap, no stress.
You can request a return within 30 days through your account or by contacting us. Send it back via paid courier (details in the table). Once we get it back at the warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days.
To make sure your Aros make it back to us in top shape (and without delay), there’s a small return fee. Rates may vary depending on your region– you can check them here.
Sure! Just As long as it's unused and in its original packaging
No worries—we’ve got you (and your soles) covered. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at service@aroshoes.com.com and we’ll sort a full refund.
The refund will return to your original payment method that you made the purchase with. We don’t keep your details (we’re good like that), and you’ll get an email as soon as it’s all wrapped up.
We hope that’s not the case—but if something’s off or arrived a little worse for wear, we’ve got you. Just shoot us an email at service@aroshoes.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
